Media Cordination Lead

MEDIA COORDINATION LEAD 

As a media coordination lead, the candidates will use their media knowledge to organize demands, propose the best solutions to clients needs and use skills on relationship-building to connect teams from Latam with other continents. Successful candidates for this opportunity will demonstrate organizational skills, ability to plan step-by-step projects, strong media knowledge and excellent skills on internal stakeholders management.

The role:

  • Plan and execute client's onboarding;
  • Management of different types of tasks with diverse teams;
  • Ability to listen to pairs and synthesize what needs to be done;
  • Organization of tasks through a project management tool (Asana)
  • Keep up to date with marketing practices being developed by S4;
  • Fluent communication in english;
  • Make sure everything is done until the deadline;
  • Technical support on the platforms for the account manager;
  • Build a solid relationship with global teams;

 

What you bring to it:

  • 6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4+ in digital advertising or marketing technology in a strategic, client-oriented environment such as a digital consultancy, enterprise software company, client-side marketing team or agency trading desk
  • Strong data analysis abilities (e.g. familiarity with Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions)
  • Strategic thinking driven to reach a business goal;
  • Deep knowledge in 3+ marketing platforms;
  • Organization skills to manage multiple tasks from different areas;
  • Solid ability to build strong relationships internally;
  • Will to help other team members with technical knowledge;
  • Advanced English communication skills;
  • Portuguese is desirable but not needed;
  •
