MightyHive EMEA established their HQ in the UK in 2017 and the team has since opened offices in Sweden, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Germany. We are looking for our next key hire to lead the expansion of the MightyHive Amazon partnership and Amazon Advertising & Content service offering. This role will work closely with the MightyHive Orca Pacific Amazon team based in Seattle, USA.

DIRECTOR OF GROWTH, AMAZON SERVICES

We currently have an opportunity for a Director Of Growth, Amazon Services focused on growing the Amazon partnership and Amazon service offering. This role, based in the UK, will work closely with MightyHive’s sales & growth teams across the EMEA region. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Nurture excellent relationships with Amazon’s partner program managers
  • Working closely with the MightyHive EMEA & Orca Pacific to build Amazon service offering across EMEA
  • Advise clients on all Amazon solutions (advertising, content, SEO, back-end operations, consulting)
  • Take sales and pitches from prospecting to close, both for outbound sales efforts and inbound referrals from Amazon
  • Draft, price, sell, and execute proposals as needed on designated engagements
  • Develop internal documentation based on engagements to be used as case studies for future sales
  • Building solutions for prospective clients based on their unique needs
  • Providing feedback to ad ops and marketing so we can adapt quickly in the market
  • Participating in key customer/partner presentations and maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout
  • Establishing processes and nurturing a collaborative relationship with our sister company, Media Monks, while working on joint pitches

QUALIFICATIONS/BACKGROUND SOUGHT:

  • 5-10+ years of adtech sales experience required
  • Past experience at adtech company, media agency, consulting company or at Amazon
  • Amazon retail experience (Vendor Central, Seller Central)
  • Highly knowledgeable of the programmatic space and an industry awareness that allows us to stay one step ahead of our competitors 
  • Successful track record of managing client/vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to present to and earn the trust of executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Demonstrated strong negotiating skills
  • Experience with a CRM system required, Salesforce highly preferred
